RPA - Host machine agent not getting launched

I have followed setup instruction as per 23.3 doc and installed RPA Agent, JDK and Maven.

The agent icon in status bar is not turning to blue, I see it grayed out.

And hence the robot is not coming online.

Please suggest.

I was able to fix it by re-installing the specific file provided while creating the robots under Robot Management from the designer.
