RPA Smart service is not executing in the process model

 Ensure that the RPA Task is properly placed in the Process Model OR

Check if the process flow is correct and if any conditions or gateways are preventing execution OR

Ensure the user running the process model has the necessary permissions to trigger the RPA task.

Is Bot online and have you checked all the configurations from bot side are done ??

And in process Is it throwing any error ?? Check tomcat logs  just like pooja mentioned i am assuming it's something related to permissions of the particular node
