Task Recorder - not able to interact with element on legacy windows application

Hi All,

Legacy windows application it is not working when i am trying to interact with elements. Though, browser interaction is working. Don't know what is the fix. Do anyone has solutions pls let me know.

Are you able to click "Select Application" and switch over to your open Legacy app? You'll know if it is activated correctly once you see a pink outline around your legacy app.

Hi Tien,

Yes i did through "Select Application", but I don't see any pink outline over any legacy app in my system. Eventually server not responding. Why that error is coming?.... Any system configuration required or any updates required?

found the issue because of JDK old version... Now it is working fine.
