The robot again and again shows offline status

My robot continuously shows an offline status.
I am unable to use the task recorder for robotic tasks. Even after reinstalling the 'installer' multiple times, the robot goes offline again while I am working on the task recorder.
What should I do in this situation?

After Few days the Downloaded file getting expired i too observed it , Coming to second issue Community only allows one robot at a time (If you are using Community)

Are you using windows  or linux

I have been using Windows. The issue is that I need to repeatedly delete the robot and reinstall it on the host machine. I have also tried using auto sign-in, but this issue has not been resolved.
If I also need to delete the previous robot, I don't want to do so because the previous robot is dependent on other processes.
