Using RPA bot trying to login in a website but username and password are showing in different letters

Hi,

I am new to RPA in Appian, my requirement is to login into website and download a file.but when i try to login into a website, while entering the username and Password, It is entering in different letters. I am using MacOs.

Here I am not getting any reference for resolving this issue, so could you please help me with the details/steps how to proceed further.

Can i know how you configured your login credentials , Are you passing it through variables or using credentials tab??

And need more context how you defined robotic task

I have added the Credentials but unfortunately in the Robotic Task credentials dropdown it is not showing

Does the permission tags match ?? All the required permission tags in Credentials needs to match with robotic task and vice versa.

If all the permission tags met , try refreshing robotic task tab once . (Cache issue ,sometimes it takes time)

Seems likes you have an issue with keyboard protection enabled via any antivirus softwares or internal security system.

Disabling this feature will allow to make things go smoother!
