KB-1679 Tempo interface fails to render with missing tabs

Symptoms

The Tempo interface fails to render and a blank screen is observed instead:

However, the Admin Console and Appian Designer (<APPIAN_URL>/suite/design) interfaces load as expected.

Cause

The issue is known to be related to the application server cache being in an inconsistent state.

Action

Reset the application server cache as described in KB-1232.

This article applies to all versions of Appian.
