KB-1947 Importing an application/patch fails with "The uploaded file is invalid (APNX-1-4268-003) (APNX-1-4268-003)" error

Symptoms
Importing an application/patch results in "The uploaded file is invalid" with the following error observed in the application server log:

Cause
This issue has been addressed in Appian 18.3.
Action
Upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
