DRAFT KB XXXX - New plugins are installed on a site after upgrading to Appian 19.3

Symptoms

After upgrading to Appian 19.3, the following new plugins are installed on sites:

1. Appian Connected Systems (v19.2.0.1) [Internal] 
2. Appian Connected Systems (v19.2.0.1) [SalesforceUsernamePassword] 
3. Dynamics Connected System (v19.2.0.1) [DynamicsClientCredentials] 
4. Dynamics Connected System (v19.2.0.1) [DynamicsConnectedSystem] 
5. SharePoint Client Credentials Connected Systems (v19.2.0.1) [SharePointClientCredentials] 
6. SharePoint Connected System (v19.2.0.1) [InternalContractor]

Cause

Starting in Appian 19.3, Appian released some new features related to SharePoint and Dynamic 365 which require those plugins.

Action

This is expected behavior and those plugins are deployed on every site after upgrading to Appian 19.3.
