The following warning message is observed on the Users page of the Admin Console:
This message indicates that the number of users on the site has exceeded the number of licensed users allowed. This does not prevent more users from being added to the system.
To remain in compliance, the number of active users needs to be reduced or more user licenses need to be purchased. If additional licenses are purchased, a restart of the environment is required to remove the warning from the Admin Console.
This applies to all versions of Appian.
