KB-1469 Process history shows incorrect data for instances started before 17.4 upgrade

Symptoms
Processes that were in-flight or active during the time of upgrading to 17.4, show missing or incorrect process history after upgrading.
Cause
This issue has been addressed as AN-97571 in the following hotfixes/versions:
Action
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation.
Affected Versions
This article applies to all versions of Appian upgraded to 17.4 without Hotfix Package B installed.
