KB-1553 Appian Mobile App SSO sign-in popup is blank

Symptoms

While using Web Sign-In Authentication, after entering in the URL for the Appian site in the Appian Mobile application, the SSO login page popup is blank:

Cause

The SSO solution is not using a HTML forms-based login mechanism.

The Appian Mobile Application only supports Web Sign-in Authentication with SSO solutions that offer a login mechanism based on HTML forms and cookies.

Action

Contact your IdP team or IdP provider to investigate whether they provide a HTML form-based login option.
