a!pickerFieldCustom

Hi, is it possible to have a search field (a!pickerFieldCustom), which looks for existing values from record and integration data. But disable selecting existing data and convert the field into a text field to add a new value?

I essentially want to use the picker field as a search and new value text field in one.
