Hi,

I would like to realize a site like this shown in Appian challenge in Europe.

I need to understand how to set a billboard static and the footer at the end of the page.

I think this uses a headerContentLayout with the header set to fixed and a billboard layout as a header. The footer is probably just a card layout.

The documentation is your best friend.

Static footers at fixed positions are not something that can be called a static footer. There is only one thing you could do, and that is to add some empty layouts for cards to push the footer down a bit further.
