Can I change the message error "This section contains errors" from a section layout?

Hi! I have a question. Can I change the message error that appears in the section layout when some other component inside has an error?

Bellow its an image of that error message.

Hi Andre, unfortunately we are unable to modify the text in that hover-over message at this time.
