Chat log Interface or Pop Screen to record the conversation.

We are looking for chat window to record/type it and  save for the particular case(on summary and other related action screens).

Example: As like chatbot screen, but just to type the detailed description and click save it. Its more about log save window.

Is there any functionality or interface that supports in Appian?
