Column Layout overflow scroll bar

Hi, 

I have a column layout that has flexible number of items.
However, when the number of items is too many, the items will be squeezed and distorted.

In front-end project usually resolved by having a horizontal scroll bar, what's the Appian's way of suggestion to resolve this situation?
