Complete Dark Scheme

Hello!

I wanted to build an Admin Tools section using the Charcoal Scheme. I like it overall, but how can I make objects such as dropdowns follow the theme? It just looks a bit out of place when interface objects are still white, and I can't figure out how to change this.
