Customize Related Actions View

Using richtextdisplayfield to show related actions on UI/Summary(customized) 

New Code:

We are planning to create Sync Records and all these links are enabled under Related Actions. Now i dont them to be displayed as dialog box buttons or dont want them under "Related Actions" page.

Instead the look of the UI should look like the existing one like above.

How can we customize this using modern records/records--> not sure how to make use of a!recordActionField() if it helps.

Any suggestions or inputs helpful here!!
