Disable mouse hover text on recordActionItem

is there any way to remove mover hover text displaying on interface of recordActionItem as shown in the below image

can't we disable that mouse hover text

I think this uses the action description. Leaving that empty should remove it.

You are right. The description is shown in addition the the name. Then there is no option to disable it.

But why not take the chance to add a bit more information and make it more expressive?
