Embedded Interfaces Appian On Premise

Hi!

When using embedded interfaces and use the url appian-site/url /suite/tempo/ui/sail-client/embedded Bootstrap.nocache.js on the external site, where is defined the interface that will be embeded? what does this url contains? Do I have to change something? 

And it's available to use when using appian on premise right?

    That I need to implement embedded interfaces, but I don't where should I define the  nterface that will be embeded. Do I need to define it on Appian (like the name interface or id associated) or that's defined on the external site (if so, where do they have to) and I just need to provide the interface name or something like that, in addition to the URL previously mentioned.
