export data into excel

Hey ,

I have a scenario  like I have a interface where there is a grid and there will be a button named as export to excel and upon clicking the button  I will trigger a process model that will export the data which i will pass from interface to the process model by rule input .

Can anyone please guide me the steps to achieve this scenario .

and one thing we should not use export DSE to excel smart service .
