Fileupload option taking more time

Hi All,

while user trying to upload file from the site its taking 30 to 40 sec time to open file folder,.

    What exactly do you mean by "open file folder"?  It sounds almost like you mean the time it takes for the browser to open the "browse..." interface in the local system to select a download location, except that would have absolutely nothing to do with Appian and everything to do with the computer being used by that user.

    Or do you mean something else?

    it taking more time for the browser to open the "browse..to upload file from computer .

    this issue facing not only one user its facing same issue for multiple users.

    is there any way to solve this issue?

    As far as I know that is nothing that Appian can possibly control.  Though there are some things you can try and rule out:

    1) how large is the download in question?  If it's unusually large (hundreds of megabytes or more) it might be taking some extra time for the browser to process certain file properties or something (not sure).
    2) Can you have one of those users try downloading something from an unrelated website, and verify whether or not the browser behavior is different?
