Form Complete The form has been successfully submitted message

We are on Appian cloud version 21.4. Recently we started seeing the following message when process completes. We can't seem to find what's causing this or how to turn it off.

The same process in a different environment with different Appian Version does not show the message. FYI: This is not an embedded interface. It all within the Appian Platform. Does anyone have any insight on this?

    Do you notice any pattern in this? Like only happening on site or tempo or only happening when using startProcessLink etc?

    Thank you for your response. This seems to be happening only with actions that are configured as Related Action Shortcuts.

      I suspect that it might be happening when then there is no screen for a user to fall back on. 
      It means that a user might start working from some screen where he returns back once he submits the form. In your case, it looks like there is no such fallback screen available because of which Appian internally displays this banner.
