Getting Alias along with values expression rule

Hi,

I am writing an expression rule to get a list of values from a table, which I will later show in a dropdown but as you can see along with table values I am also getting "ALIAS" and then a colon.
I do not want Alias, I just want the values, please let me know what todo.

I have used also used .data at the end.

Wherever you will be calling this expression rule, there instead of dot operator, you can use the index function. 
Like index(rule!yourrulename(), "Issue",{})

You can use index function to get only values from the map.
