Highlight a updated field

Hi All,

Is there a possibility of Highlighting a field , when it is updated.

we have a scenario, where a user updates some fields of a record  and send it for approval. The manager should be able to see the fields updated as Highlighted, based on which he can take decisions.

    Why not only show the updated fields?

    The Approvers should be able to see all the details.

    You could put each field into a sideBySideLayout and add an richTextIcon to updated fields.
