How to enable email alert for site errors

hi ,

we are not able to get email alerts when site page got error.do we need to enable manullay or it will send automatically to administrators. when site page got error.

In 24.2 appian released this feature -Site email alerts will be sent to site object administrators

  •  I have administrators acces for  all objects in my application but when site got error during that time I'm not able to get mail from site page.
  • We are currently using 25.1 version

could you please let me know any have idea on it

    Before Appian can send or receive emails, however, you must configure Appian to use your email server.

    Are you getting emails for other types of actions (i.e. forgot password etc.)?

    Yes, am getting mails if process model got failed and record sync got failed but if site page though error during  that time am not getting mails even i have administrators access.
