How to give color to Readonly-Grid's header

This has been continuous ask by user and we have tried everything but nothing looks good, so why don’t we have background color param to gridfield.

P.S. I have tried to use cardlayout on top of gridfield so that color of card will come on to grid header, it doesn’t look good. as we also use export functionality.
