How to have customized column/field configuration to display when creating a Query based on the selection of fields while creating a category

I assume that you want to show a field in the grid which combines data from two different columns in the table. If that's the case you can make use of the custom record fields option - https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.4/custom-record-fields.html.

If you're not using a record, then you can construct a temporary dictionary with the custom data.
