i have two interfaces one is for requesting pen maintenance and other is for assigning new pen to the animals after sending the pen in maintenance

can u solve it

actually i am sending my pen for maintenance so it contains some animals. what i want is when i send pen for maintenance all the animals from that pen should be stored and the by clicking submit a new interface is there assign pen for animals so from that interface i want to assign pen for all that animals
