import and export to CSV from record read only grid

Hi Team,

I have One Requirement that is

i want to display data in read-only grid from records and that data i want to download in CSV Format also if i want to upload new data i want to upload in CSV format,
if it is possible please help me with it,
those import and export options i have to display in buttons.
