iOS Appian Mobile App - Print button prints the screen instead of the PDF document
We're experiencing an issue in the Appian Mobile App on iOS.
When viewing a PDF document and tapping the Print icon, the app prints a screenshot of the current screen instead of the actual PDF document.
Has anyone else experienced this?
- Is this a known issue with the Appian Mobile App on iOS?
- Is this expected behavior or a product defect?
- Are there any known workarounds or configuration changes to ensure the actual PDF is printed?
