In admin console we turned off the feature to display detailed error messages to end users.

Desription of feature is:

Disabling this option provides basic users with simplified error messages that hide certain system and object-specific information. This option does not impact Basic users in the (system) Designer group. These users will still see detailed error messages when this option is disabled.

How can I use issue identifier to see where the problem is when they report a bug?

In tomCat-stdOut.log I can only find

Caused by: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: Contact your application administrator for help resolving this issue. Provide them with the following issue identifier: S7I9QF1F (APNX-1-4533-000)

Thank you!

Hm, I could never open that one. Always thought that it wasn't available because Appian needs a lock on csv files. Will check my permissions on this Samba share folder, thank you.
