Multi-line Text entry?

I need to allow the user to enter a comment in an interface.  This comment might be 200-500 characters long and might contain line breaks (CR or CRLF). The a!textField allows for the character limitation, but not for multi-line display, wrapping long lines, including line breaks.  

Is there a control that provides multi-line text input?  (Like this 'description' field I'm using to enter this community post.)
