Multiple Dropdown

Hello Everyone, 

Can anyone help me in the below scenario.

Scenario: Using multiple dropdown selection field End-User should search and select the no of items from the dropdown field. 

Details for this scenario:
Table = Courses (Record Type)
In the multiple dropdown field i want to fetch all the existing course names from the courses record type for selection.
