Numeric values and DOB not rendered on appian documents when viewing with MS Edge Version 155.0.4283.45 but working fine on chrome

Hi,

our appian site is displayed to user using website. if they open website using MS Edge Version 155.0.4283.45 and try to open documents through appian site, we are facing issues with documents having numeric values are displayed as NaN and dob as blank. whereas no issues using lower version of edge and chrome. what may be causing this issue? any one else facing this? any suggested resolution?

We need more details. What kind of documents are you talking about? What does “our appian site is displayed to user using website” exactly mean?

means appian site is embedded into website. e.g there is website name www.fullaccount.com and from there users can open appian site by clicking on particular button name: new account, when they enter all information, forms are generated, when they open forms with numeric values, NaN is displayed rather than actual values.

What does “when they enter all information, forms are generated” mean? And, I am still missing the part where you explain what kind of documents you deal with.

From the looks of it, it seems like it could be something to do with the PDF generation combined with the MS Edge built-in PDF viewer. I’m assuming you’re able to open the PDF in another viewer (i.e. Acrobat, Preview, Chrome etc.)

How are you generating that PDF?
