once I click on the document download link, getting this error , rather than document download...?

    Then, the referenced document does not exist (yet). Do you try to display a not yet fully uploaded and submitted document? Did you check that this document exists?

    No, doc is not getting saved instantly..., but clicking on submit button (i.e after save), then I was able to download the uploaded document..., but my requirement is to download as soon as I upload the document in fileupload(once user upload the doc they should be mandatorily able to download the doc immediately that they have uploaded

    That is not supported. A document does only exist AFTER submit. Please check the forum for solutions. This has been discussed many times.
