Pane Layout not Working Properly on the Front End

I am currently utilizing pane layout to display data on an interface. Everything in Appian Designer works as expected, I can scroll my data using the pane layout feature. However, when I added this to a site to be displayed on the front end, when I navigate to that site page and try to scroll it does not work. Any ideas on why pane layout is working in designer but not from the front end?
