Problem displaying and using data from one interface to another

Hi! I want to display in a text field of an interface a value of another record. The fact is that, if I introduce it manually (ri!record1....), the field name appears correctly, but can´t be used in my process model (error). If I enter all manually, it works. What can be happening?
