Problem with task owner

Greetings!

I have a process where a user has to complete an interface, and the interface is assigned to the user with a process variable user.

The problem is that when another user try to view the interface, the following message is prompted:

Is something wrong in our process? This issue has never happened before in the same process.

Hi,

I would suggest you to create Appian support ticket since you mentioned it works before and also in error message the expression rule looks like Appian internal rule.
