Receive Message Event doesn't work

Hi all, I can no longer receive emails from the start node.

I configured everything correctly according to the documentation guidelines.

Until yesterday I was able to get the process to receive emails, from today nothing works anymore.

Any suggestions? I'm attaching screenshots for settings

I suggest to raise a case with Appian support.

    Do you know if there has been any new Appian release and if this may have affected the node?

    AFAIK, there is no change with this functionality so good to check with Appian support.
