reconciledocumentviewer pdf loading issues in appian

We are using Appian DocCenter for document extractions, mainly pdfs.

Sometimes for few pdfs preview is not appearing. But data is getting extracted fine. Did anyone faced this issue.

I have seen this when environments are slow document Preview is slow to load. So check the system health if something is causing slowness in general.

Are those image-based/scanned PDFs?

Preview uses native browser rendering check your browser cache, plugin, extension properly.

Its happening irrespective of browser and for all the people. They normal pdf file having proper data. Not images into pdf..

Raise a support ticket with Appian - since it's affecting all users across all browsers with normal PDFs, it needs to be investigated.
