Record Filter Dropdown not updating

I am using appian version 24.4 and made a user filter for a record that is populated by a lookup table. I deleted a couple of rows from the table because they were unwanted, but they still show up in the filter. If I look at the table in the db or the record for the lookup table, both show that the entries are missing, but no matter what I do, the deleted rows show up in the dropdown.

"In draft" shouldn't be there and there is a duplicate which was removed, but both remain. I saw a similar post Here but I am not sure it's the same bug or not and the post seems to suggest that this issue was solved with version 24.1. Any help would be appreciated
