records in user interface

I have created multiple records for my applications .I have configured them using record relationships to my main record . I have to display the record data in a summary interface and when i use the record rule input the related record type surrounding the main record displays the integer value such as 1,2,3 as they are connected using foreign keys. 

can anyone describe how to display the original outputs or is it okay to use multiple record rule inputs  as they are connected using foreign keys.
