safe URI issue

Hi,

inside an interface I have a safelink to download a document pdf from external system (Neoshare) with a safe uri.

When I clcik the link the download starts but the file downloaded remains with the temporary name "not completed XXXX.crdownload" and the file is not usable. (XXXX numeric).

The same link in the url of the borwser works fine, the pdf file is downloaded.

What could it be the issue?
