Scatter Chart

Hi all, there is one requirement where user will search with 2 to 3 part number like 3456,3234. We should show in which countries this part numbers are allowed to use

data base structure :  countrylistid(pk) , partnumber, countryname, isallowed(bit(1)).

Notes : For 1 one part number there are 150 entries in database.
