Task Assignment error

Error Evaluating UI Expression
Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = 02c6f:c6b43] at function a!taskui_taskRejectionReassignment: Could not find variable 'tp!owner'

Getting the above error when user accepts a task and when another user try to open the same task I'm getting this error. I think this is Appian error, is this same for everyone. I'm facing this error very recently.

Actually it should showing something like this Task has been accepted by Person name I guess
