Yes.  Current capabilities for configuring cards (subdivided into columns, etc) with various nesting possibilities mean we can do basically anything along those lines.  The interface designer has various templates which would give you at least a general idea of the necessary skeleton for such a thing, and the Appian Documentation also has several dozen (at least) interface recipes that should give you ideas for getting started.

This should give you the skeleton of the UI. Now you can go ahead and configure the colors and contents inside every card.
