Can we customize the settings? Like remove the settings for Password, Third-Party Credentials, Email Notifications, Mobile Notifications, and Accessibility? Can we also add more settings on the General tab?

You can customize the values within the each settings. But you cant customize the tabs or adding/removing settings. Those are appian features. And just wanted to know why you wanted to change the settings, is there any specific use case?
