Why is charts in my interface showing strikings in all of them except line chart??

It's a setting in user preferences.

The Accessibility tab allows you to modify your display settings. These settings make it easier for users with visual impairments to navigate forms, grids, and interfaces.

There are two accessibility options you can enable:

• Increase outline and border contrast
• Show fill patterns on charts
