KB-1327 Pie chart labels overlap in Internet Explorer and Edge after upgrading to Appian 17.1

Symptoms
On Appian 17.1, pie chart labels that are longer than two lines overlap when viewed in a report on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge.
Cause
This issue has been resolved via AN-82754 in Appian 17.1 Hotfix Package D and Appian 17.2.
Action
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation.
Workaround
Use a different, supported browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, or limit pie chart labels to 2 lines or fewer.
Affected Versions
This article applies to Appian 17.1 when accessed through the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and Edge web browsers.
